通り縋りの和の雰囲気が気になっていた「豆寅」でランチ。内側に畳敷きの床を持つカウンターの左隅へと案内されました。焼魚か煮魚の「豆寅昼ごはん」、「お楽しみ膳」「特製鮪づけ丼」「大海老穴子天丼」、一日20個限定だという「竹かご弁当」などのお昼メニューの中から、「牛すきとうふ 土鍋仕立て」を。大ぶりのお椀に、たっぷりとしていいねぇと思いながら手にすると、ただの上げ底仕様なのに気がついてちょっとシュンとする。大きめのお麩が横たわる、土鍋ぐつぐつの牛すきは、不可もなく普通に美味しい。こういうオカズとの取り合わせは、ご飯の甘さをより引き立てるね。ふむふむ。オンナノコが「カッワイィ～！」かなんか云いそうなラブリーな姿の「豆寿し」は、5,000円の「豆寅昼懐石」の中の一品ゆえ相対すこと叶わず。昼尚夜の雰囲気の「豆寅」。こちらもまた際コーポレーションの中の一店のようです。 「豆寅」銀座店　中央区銀座６－２－７銀座新星ビル　03-5537-5914
