気の利いた佳いお店に乏しい所沢にあって、期待のできるお店のひとつ「のんきや」に久々お邪魔です。今日は奥のテーブルへ。まずは本日メニューから、「釣あじ」
「のれそれ」のお造り
、「レンコンの変わり揚げ」
「むかごの塩ゆで」なんぞを。カタのいい釣あじは、身がしっかりしていて蓄えた旨味も濃く感じる。むかごは、自然薯や山芋がつるの途中の葉の付け根あたりにつくる小さなイモのこと
で、「零余子」と書くらしい。時季の晩秋でなく、春先にいただけるカラクリはどこにあるのだろうね。芋は鹿児島の「白玉の露」「前田利右衛門」「不二才」、そして黒糖の「れんと」あたりを舐め舐め。お相手は、「若軍鶏のパテ」
「クリームチーズの山葵和え」
「鶏皮ポン酢」「砂肝の香り揚げ」
「紫蘇入り蒸し餃子」「自家製・醍醐の酒盗添え」「自家製・柚餅子」
と続けざまに。ほらほら、決してお仕着せではなく、のんべえ心をちょいと擽るようなラインナップでしょ。日本酒呑みたくなってくるもんね。
